Aristotle is rumored to have said, “Where your talents and the needs of the world cross, there lies your calling”. I have felt called to provide individuals with a warm, genuine, and nurturing environment to best help them reach their goals and build a better understanding of themselves.
I have been practicing for over 7 years. I graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas with my Master’s in Family Psychology. I have experience in treating adults, adolescents, children, and families with various difficulties such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, and high stress from major life changes. I have previously worked with youth in foster care, residential treatment care, juvenile probation, and have worked with families working toward completing services with DFPS. I am ready and eager to begin working with you to help begin the healing process.
I do the following types of therapy based upon client need: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy.
